2.1 Projects and subscription plans (Starter, Business, Professional, Premium, Enterprise, and Ultimate) generally require payment at the time of purchase or the start of a billing cycle before work begins or continues.
2.2 For custom projects requiring an upfront deposit, the deposit secures your project slot and covers initial discovery, planning, and design work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except as described in Section 3.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before any design, development, or strategy work has started, you are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, third-party licenses, or stock assets).
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon Service within the timeframe specified in your project agreement, and the delay is solely attributable to us, you may request a full or partial refund for the undelivered portion of the work.
- Material Non-Conformance: If completed deliverables substantially fail to meet the written specifications agreed upon at the start of the project, and we are unable to correct the issue after being given a reasonable opportunity to revise the work, you may be eligible for a partial refund reflecting the undelivered or non-conforming portion.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- Work has been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed project scope, specifications, or pricing plan features
- You simply change your mind after approving designs, mockups, or milestones
- Delays are caused by your failure to provide timely feedback, content, materials, or approvals
- Subscription plan fees for time periods during which the Service was available and rendered
- Third-party costs already incurred, including but not limited to domain names, hosting, premium plugins, stock photography, fonts, or software licenses
- Custom branding, logos, or design assets that have already been finalized, delivered, and approved
- Digital marketing services where campaigns have already launched and ad spend or platform fees have been incurred
- Monthly subscription plans, once the current billing period has begun (cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund the current cycle)
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the applicable payment or milestone using the contact details in Section 8, and include:
- Your full name and business name
- Order or invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., correspondence, project agreement)
We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days. We may request additional information to evaluate your claim.
6. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10–14 business days, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Beatriz Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Approved refunds may be issued as a full refund, partial refund, or account/service credit, depending on the circumstances of the request and the stage of work completed.
7. Cancellations of Recurring Plans
If you subscribed to a recurring monthly pricing plan, you may cancel at any time by contacting us or through your account settings, if applicable. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods already in progress.
