3. Pricing Plans and Payment
3.1 Our current pricing plans and their included features are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect Services already invoiced or actively in progress under a signed agreement.
3.2 By subscribing to a plan or purchasing a Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including any recurring monthly or project-based charges, as described at the time of purchase.
3.3 Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway providers. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider or financial institution.
3.4 Late or failed payments may result in suspension of ongoing project work or account services until payment is resolved.

Delays in providing required materials, feedback, or approvals may result in corresponding delays to project timelines, for which we are not responsible.

6.1 Client Materials. You retain ownership of any content, trademarks, logos, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.
6.2 Deliverables. Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final approved deliverables (e.g., website files, designs, branding assets) created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party tools, plugins, stock assets, fonts, or licensed software incorporated into the deliverable, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
6.3 Our Materials. Any proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, pre-existing code libraries, or methodologies used by Beatriz Solutions in delivering the Services remain our property and are not transferred to you.
6.4 Portfolio Use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and on our Site for promotional purposes.
7. Website Content and Use
7.1 All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Beatriz Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site content without prior written consent.
